VENDOR SERVICES

*We are now accepting inquiries from all vendors that are interested in selling at the market anytime during our 2019/2020 Holiday Market Season. Please read the information on the "Vendors" page here, then send us your information via the form on the "Visit Us" page. Our Individual Outdoor Buildings and Indoor Market spaces are limited, and we keep a waiting list for both. We do have plenty of space for tent vendors outside in Vendor Village year-round.

 

Wolfforth Farmers Market offers two venues for vendors to sell their locally grown and produced items, baked goods and handmade items - our outdoor area in Vendor Village and our rustic Indoor Market building adjacent to Vendor Village. If you are a local grower or producer and are in compliance with all regulations and certifications required for your business, including Texas Cottage Food Laws, we invite you to contact us for more information about becoming a year-round or seasonal vendor at our market. All of our food vendors accept SNAP (formerly known as food stamps), we also accept Double Up Food Bucks, and WIC Vouchers to increase sales of local fruits and vegetables for our participating growers. We are pleased to announce that we are now a WIC voucher distributor for the south plains. The Double Up and WIC Voucher Programs are only available in our area through approved farmers markets and both programs benefit both lower-income households *and* our participating local growers, producers, and bakers!

Please note that WFM does not accept most non-local retail resale items or multi-level marketing products for sale in the market.  Please contact us for more information.
 
All market vendors must be pre-approved by a market manager.  We do not accept walk-up vendors at any time.
 
 
OUTDOOR VENUE
 
Our outdoor venue, Vendor Village offers sites clearly visible from the road, vendor parking directly behind or near each vendor site, an improved surface for booths and customers, and customer parking nearby.   Electricity is also available for some outdoor sites, as needed.  Vendors will bring their own standard-sized covered canopy, tables and other necessary equipment for their site.  Approved outdoor vendors may always set up outside as they desire to do so on approved market days year-round, weather permitting.  We also have several picnic tables nearby.
INDOOR VENUE
 
Our Indoor Market with climate control offers limited spaces for vendors who desire to have their products sold for them by a market volunteer and may also need more temperature control for their products, especially in warmer months.  The market building faces the road for great visibility and is adjacent to the outdoor vendor sites in Vendor Village for customers' convenience.  Vendor parking for product drop-off and customer parking is nearby.
